Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation an Islamic charity which provides aid to Muslims around the world mixed with a program to promote Saudi Arabia's austere Wahhabi Islam.
On January 29th, 2004 the foundation was added to the United Nations its list of groups whose assets are to be blocked due to suspected ties to Osama bin Laden or his al-Qaida network.
